About Pranjal
I am a Chartered Accountant (CA) and CFA with over 2 decades of experience at the intersection of finance, social entrepreneurship, and large-scale impact. As the Founder & CEO of TiTLi Early Childhood Training Institute, I have spent the past 20 years helping children become Chartered Accountants, designing and scaling innovative models that empower women, strengthen government systems, and improve learning outcomes for children across India. Recognized by UN Women, NITI Aayog, NCERT, Intellecap, and ATMA Accelerator, my work has combined grassroots understanding with strategic partnerships, building one of India’s most respected enterprises in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE). I bring a unique blend of financial acumen, policy engagement, and on-ground implementation experience, enabling me to advise organizations on creating scalable, sustainable, and beneficiary-centric impact models. Notable Achievements • Founded TiTLi, impacting 400,000+ children, skilling 12,500+ women in rural India. • Designed India’s first NCVET-approved Government-certified Skill Development Program for Early Childhood Educators and Caregivers. • Partnered with Governments across multiple states (Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh) to transform 5,000+ rural government preschools. • Developed one of the world’s first digital curricula for rural ECCE, adopted by the Government of Kenya for 2.5 million children and 70,000 teachers. • Board Member at Jagriti Yatra, and mentor to multiple start-ups in the impact sector. • Acumen Fellow • Buddha Fellow While I continue my work in the field of Social Impact, I want to come back to working with children for my love of teaching.

My classes have the following structure: 0 - 5 Minutes - Recap about the student and her/his state of mind 5 - 10 Minutes - Introduction to the topic and summary with a contextual use case 10 - 45 Minutes - Main topic with explanation of the concept, followed by some questions 45 - 55 Minutes - Doubts if any 55 - 60 Minutes - Topic for the next class and closure These sessions are for students from class 3 to class 10. I have worked with more than 10,000 pre-primary teachers and I have a deep understanding of helping students learn holistically, using case studies, discussions, and examples, which keep their curiosity and excitement about the subject alive and which can help them apply their learning in their daily life, along with helping them excel in their academics.
