I am an experienced professional chef, I studied culinary arts at the Ecole Des Art Culianares in Lyon, France and a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
I have given lessons for the past ten years, to small groups, large corporations and one on one private lessons.

Details
The first lesson is a discovery call to discuss options. Live demonstration type classes typically are 60 to 90 minutes, and cook along classes 120 to 150 minutes, plus a 60 minutes set up fee.
