Learning culinary basics is an ideal way to vastly improve your day to day cooking as a home chef, or to jumpstart your career as a professional. I start with food safety & then move into more technical aspects of food preparation such as knife cuts, meat cuts, and sauces.
I started my career 11 years ago in a vocational program where I became certified. From there, I have worked in kitchens across the United States to develop and hone my skills. In 2015 I filled the position of sous chef and trainer and have been doing it ever since.
1st Lesson: Free online 30 minute introduction to get acquainted & become familiar with students culinary experience and goals.
Online Lessons: Materials WILL NOT be provided, which will result in a lower lesson cost. A short list of necessary materials will be given prior to the lesson and will need to be obtained beforehand.
Traveling to Home: Materials WILL be provided, which results in a higher lesson cost. Social distancing and mask wearing will be politely requested for the safety of all.
