Methodology
I tend to let my student's set the pace of the lesson, so how fast or how slow we go is based on how comfortable you are with the lesson. I also like to use similes and metaphors to explain complex concepts.
Background
I have bachelors' degrees in mathematics and chemistry and a master's degree in chemical engineering. I have been tutoring in both science and math for 7+ years. I am also working towards a master's in education so that I can become a high school teacher. I am flexible with my teaching methods and try to convey the subject in the manner that my student(s) learn. The world is filled with many different kinds of people which also means that there are lots of different kinds of learners. No matter the manner in which you learn (hearing, seeing, practicing, etc.), I will do my best to help you understand. Nothing is impossible.
