About Cyril Rose
I am a licensed Chemical Engineer and Chemical Technician and a graduate of BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of San Carlos.
More than my credentials, I care about helping students actually understand. I have led teams and mentored peers as a former organization president, so I am comfortable explaining ideas clearly, staying patient, and adjusting to how each person learns.
