I have 3 years of experience as a tutor and 5 years of experience as a chemical engineer working in industry designing factories. I have real world experience with applying all the subjects I tutor. My genuine enthusiasm for STEM subjects comes through in my tutoring sessions where I provide personalized tutoring plans for students to accommodate their individual needs. I have worked with students who are struggling due to knowledge gaps in math fundamentals, students who are used to math/science coming easy to them and their confidence is shaken when they're faced with a challenging subject for the first time, students who are struggling because their learning style is incompatible with their current teacher's teaching style, students who have trouble focusing and completing assignments, and much more. I offer homework help, test prep, as well as supplemental lecture and practice problems. I have a toolbox of online teaching tools that enable collaborative learning and use of visual aids.
