About Adamson
I am a recent Chemical Engineering graduate, currently doing an MSc in Management in hopes of matching my technical background with management skills to excel in managerial roles.
I am a friendly, driven, and hard-working individual. I am very patient and understanding so don’t be scared or worried, I will take my time to clearly explain to ensure your full understanding.
I want to use tutoring as a way to inspire and guide young people to achieve their academic and future goals. I hope to be more than a teacher but also a mentor to give my students insights that will give them a headstart in life.
I also want to use tutoring as a way to keep myself sharp in engineering, chemistry, and maths.

I believe that to truly master a subject you must start with the fundamental theory and then put the fundamentals into practice. I will teach the theory first ensuring that there is a good understanding but I will also provide challenging and stimulating exercises that promote problem-solving thinking and mindset. As an engineer or scientist, it is all about building and improving your problem-solving skills. in real-life scenarios simply memorizing equations is not enough. Lessons will be 45-60 minutes long with little homework to do each week. I will be aiming to help students From GCSE to A levels so that they have a good idea of what to expect in a university environment aiming to prepare them for their bright futures.
