About Pax Emmanuel
I am currently a PhD researcher in chemical engineering, with a Master's degree in the same field. My academic background has given me a strong foundation in mathematics and physics, not just at a theoretical level but also in how these subjects are applied in real engineering problems.
Alongside my research, I have developed a genuine interest in teaching. I've found that many students struggle not because they lack ability, but because concepts are often presented in a way that feels abstract or disconnected. I try to approach teaching differently—breaking ideas down into simpler steps and linking them to intuitive reasoning wherever possible.
I'm patient, structured, and focused on helping students build confidence over time. Whether a student is aiming to improve their grades or prepare for important exams, I aim to create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.

I offer structured and personalised online lessons in maths and physics for GCSE and A-level students. My teaching approach focuses on building a clear understanding of core concepts first, then gradually developing problem-solving skills through guided practice and exam-style questions.
As a Master’s graduate in chemical engineering and current PhD researcher, I bring a strong analytical background and a deep understanding of how these subjects are applied in real-world contexts. I try to make lessons logical and intuitive rather than based on memorisation, which often helps students gain confidence more quickly.
A typical lesson lasts around 60 minutes, although this can be adjusted depending on the student’s needs. Lessons are tailored to each student’s level, whether they are aiming to improve their grades, strengthen fundamentals, or prepare for exams.
I mainly work with GCSE and A-level students
