About Suhani
My interest in chemistry began with a strong curiosity about how substances interact and change in everyday life. This interest led me to complete a Master’s in Chemistry, where I developed a deeper understanding of chemical principles and analytical methods. Over the past 11 years, I have worked with students from different levels, helping them understand chemistry in a clear, structured, and supportive way.
I believe that chemistry should be taught with clarity, patience, and real-life connection. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex ideas into smaller, easy-to-understand steps using examples and guided practice. I encourage students to ask questions, think independently, and build confidence through understanding rather than memorisation. This helps them develop strong concepts and long-term learning skills.
Outside teaching, I stay updated with modern developments in chemistry and explore practical applications in daily life. This allows me to keep my lessons relevant and engaging. Teaching chemistry is very meaningful to me because I see students grow from confusion to clarity. Helping them develop strong understanding, problem-solving ability, and confidence in their skills is one of the most rewarding parts of my teaching journey.

Chemistry becomes easier and more interesting when students understand the reasoning behind reactions instead of memorising facts. In my lessons, I focus on topics such as atomic structure, bonding, chemical reactions, stoichiometry, and basic organic chemistry using simple and clear explanations. I carefully break down each concept into smaller parts so students can follow without confusion. I also use real-life examples like food chemistry, environmental changes, and everyday materials to make learning more relatable and meaningful. Each session is structured, calm, and interactive, allowing students to ask questions freely and build confidence step by step.
As learners progress, I adjust the lessons according to their level and learning pace. Beginners start with basic concepts and simple reactions. Intermediate students work on equations, calculations, and understanding processes more deeply. Advanced learners focus on reaction mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and exam preparation. I provide regular practice, revision support, and detailed feedback to help students improve steadily and gain confidence in their understanding of chemistry.
Chemistry also helps students develop logical thinking, accuracy, and analytical skills. As they improve, they become more confident in solving problems and understanding how different concepts connect. These skills are useful in both academic and practical situations. My goal is to make chemistry simple, clear, and engaging so students feel confident, capable, and motivated to explore the subject deeply and apply their knowledge effectively in different real-life contexts.
