About Ronald
I am a retired professional nuclear engineer, have trained and managed a team of nuclear project engineers, and have supervised and trained nuclear reactor operations engineers. I can relate well to students of all ages, and have at parents request tutored middle grade school student junior highschool students, highschool students, and myneignhboring college students, one an electrical engineering student and the other enrolled to obain his teaching certificate. During my career at the Idaho National Laboratory, I tutored my neighbors son mathematics. He was struggling with mathematic word problems.problems.

Throughout my carrer as a professional, I have tutored some of my neighbors (in college), and during my carreer I tuored my neighbor's children. I relate well to students of all ages, and taught High School Physics at a private school. My best student went to graduate School, and received a PHD in Physics. I personally inerview my students to discover their concerns, identify their specific learning challenges, their reading ability, and determine their personal learning experience. I also want to know how they have related to the teachers they had at achool, so together we can avoid any problems they may have had with them.
