About Ines
Hi there, my name is Ines, and I am a Chemistry Graduate from the University of Edinburgh. I have been tutoring part time for 3 years and have over 630 hours of tutoring experience. I intend to pass on my enthusiasm in the topics I will each (Chemistry, Maths and Portuguese), as being passionate about a subject makes learning 100% easier.

In my sessions I will focus on making sure concepts are understood and then help my student develop the skills needed to apply them. I have been tutoring for over 3 years now and have noticed a pattern emerge among students. Most are missing exam technique, they understand everything at school but struggle to get the grades they deserve in tests. If this happens to be the case for you we will tackle this is past paper questions filling in any gaps in your knowledge as we go along.
I aim to teach what the student wants covered unless they are unsure of where to start. If they are unsure, past papers will help me to identify areas that need work on and we can structure lessons from there.
