About Nishad
I am a Chemistry tutor with 10 years of teaching experience, supported by academic training in B.Sc Chemistry and M.Sc Physical Chemistry. My academic journey strengthened my appreciation for structure, precision, and conceptual clarity, while my teaching career taught me the importance of patience and adaptability. I have worked with students at varying academic levels, each requiring a personalized approach to learning.
My teaching philosophy centers on clarity and encouragement. I take time to understand where students feel uncertain and adjust explanations until concepts truly make sense. I believe confidence grows when learners feel supported rather than pressured, and I work carefully to create a calm, respectful learning environment.
Outside of teaching, I continue engaging with Chemistry through academic reading and concept review. Teaching allows me to share not only knowledge, but confidence in scientific thinking. Supporting students as they transform uncertainty into understanding is the most rewarding aspect of my work.
