About Shashank varma
Hi! I'm Shashank, a biomedical researcher currently completing my Master's in Biology while preparing to begin an MD-PhD program. My passion for science started at a young age and has grown through years of studying chemistry, biochemistry, cell biology, and medical science.
Throughout college, I've worked in research labs studying rare diseases, lipid metabolism, and neurodegeneration, giving me hands-on experience with the concepts many students learn in class. I enjoy helping others understand science because I know how frustrating these subjects can be at first. There's nothing better than seeing a concept finally click.
I'm patient, easy to talk to, and always happy to answer questions, no matter how small. Whether you're trying to pass a difficult class, improve your grades, or prepare for college or university science courses, I'll do my best to help you reach your goals.

**About My Lessons**
Hi! I'm **Shashank**, and I tutor chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, and general science for high school, college, and university students.
I know these subjects can feel overwhelming, especially when professors move quickly or expect you to connect a lot of different concepts at once. My goal is to make everything make sense instead of just helping you memorize facts for an exam.
A typical lesson starts with any questions you have from class or homework. From there, we'll go over the topic step by step, work through examples together, and then practice problems until you're comfortable solving them on your own. I like to explain why things happen, because once you understand the reasoning, the material becomes much easier to remember.
I'm a biomedical researcher with years of experience studying biochemistry and cell biology, so I enjoy connecting what you're learning in class to real research and medicine when it's helpful. I also know what it's like to be a student in challenging science courses, so I try to create a relaxed environment where you're comfortable asking questions.
Whether you're trying to improve your grades, prepare for a big exam, or get ahead before starting a new course, I'll adapt each lesson to your goals and learning style. My lessons are for high school, college, university, and pre-med students who want to build confidence and actually understand the material.
