About Asher

My interest in Chemistry grew from curiosity about how substances interact and transform at the molecular level. This curiosity led me to complete an M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, where I developed strong skills in scientific reasoning, laboratory analysis, and conceptual understanding. Over 11 years of teaching, I have helped students at various levels gain clarity and confidence in Chemistry. My teaching approach is calm, supportive, and structured. I focus on identifying where confusion begins and addressing it through clear explanations, analogies, and step-by-step reasoning. I encourage questions and create a learning environment where mistakes are seen as part of progress rather than failure. Outside teaching, I stay engaged with Chemistry through ongoing study and exploration of scientific developments. Teaching Chemistry is deeply fulfilling because I see students transform fear into confidence. Supporting learners as they develop understanding and belief in their abilities is the most rewarding part of my work.

About the lesson

Chemistry becomes far more understandable when concepts are explained in a logical, connected way rather than as isolated facts. My lessons focus on helping students understand atomic structure, bonding, reaction mechanisms, and energy changes through clear explanations and real-world connections. I guide learners step by step so they can visualize what is happening at the molecular level, making abstract ideas more concrete and approachable.

Lessons are adapted to each learner’s level. Beginners focus on chemical symbols, formula writing, and basic reactions using diagrams and guided practice. Intermediate students explore stoichiometry, periodic trends, acids and bases, and reaction types. Advanced learners work through equilibrium, kinetics, thermodynamics, and analytical problem-solving with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy. Practice and reflection are built into every session to strengthen understanding.

Chemistry lessons also develop patience, logical reasoning, and confidence. As students gain clarity, they begin to approach scientific problems methodically rather than with uncertainty. My goal is to help learners see Chemistry as an organized, logical subject they can master with confidence.
