About Umar
I am a chemistry student at the University of Warwick, I am currently entering my second year. I have been tutoring for 4 years and my first tutoring stint was during year 11 where I tutored my classmates. I love teaching and I hope to pursue it as a career. I enjoy playing football, go karting and camping. I like reading non-fiction books on different types of algorithms and I made a program that predicts sport table results.

I plan my lessons to cater to students with all types of learning abilities, I regularly assess pupils' performances, and generate action plans to aid improvement. I use short quizzes to make sure children are engaged. I use mnemonics and poems to make the lessons fun.
