About Rupal
Establish, communicate, and demand lofty expectations for student learning and quality work through multi-instructional strategies and activities that are academically challenging and highly engaging. Strengthen the base, create quizzes online (KAHOOT.IT) Earned 59 professional development hours during my first semester for my own personal growth and to be able to relay that learning to my students.
Major Contributions:
• Provide positive feedback to students in a timely manner.
• Enforce students not to memorize but understand first then students will never forget.
• Build relationships with students that demonstrate an open concern and a sense of responsibility for students’ academic and personal growth.
