About Medhat

Chess is my passion. I am a talented chess trainer with more than 16 years of experience working with students of different age groups and levels from beginners to advanced level and national champions. I am the founder of SCCA, the first chess academy in Egypt in 2008. I coached one of my talented students in the World Chess Championship U-10 years old in Thessaloniki, Greece in 2010. I earned the title of FIDE Trainer in 2013. I coached two Egyptian chess teams in the Egyptian first league division scoring excellent results with both Men and Women teams. Many of my students became national champions, who participated in World Chess Championships, and continental championships. Many of them are working now as chess trainers! I teach chess in English, French and Arabic languages. I currently work as a civil engineer.

About the lesson

Whether your aim is to learn the game, increase your level or simply sharpen your tactical and strategic abilities: I know the approach and how to pave the way to reach the goals set professionally and rapidly. Lessons will include: chess opening theory, middle game and endgame positions and studies, tactics, strategy, and more, but all according to the student's strength and goals. I analyze the student's games and identify the critical moments. I give special attention to hidden weaknesses bits that differentiate a player from another. I handle the psychological part of the game with finesse. Chess is life... Chess is fun also! Kindly know that I respond to first request within 24 hours. Thank you everyone!
