About Kelly
I am a Team Manager in a London Local Authority Children's Services team. My role involves overseeing and quality assuring comprehensive, analytical Social Work reports and other written material for the courts and internal and external partners. I have delivered training to the South East London Teaching Partnership on the implementation of systemic peer group supervision. I am flexible and communicative and can adapt to the needs of whomever I am supervising or in discussion with. I am experienced with supporting students to plan and develop M.A level academic papers and I have a critical eye for quality assuring written work.

I can support you in your social work practice by offering a bespoke service dependent on your need, including - quality assuring written work with guidance on future development and tutoring sessions to assess and understand areas of improvement and support within your training or practice. I have 4 years of management / Practice Educator experience assessing and supporting Social Work students in the Frontline programme, through to the successful completion of their placements and training. I have systemic social work qualifications which help me to provide a supportive and reflective teaching environment. I can offer a space to think about areas you wish to develop as a practitioner, develop goals and offer practical ways to reach those targets.
