About Rachel

I really enjoy working with children and enjoy being in their company. I get a lot of satisfaction helping children to develop their reading and writing skills and watching them grow and develop.

My hobbies and interests are going to the gym, health & nutrition, spending time with my family and friends, travelling, visiting museums, going out to eat & going shopping.

About the lesson

Hey everyone!
My name is Rachel and I would love to be your tutor.
I am 31 years old. I have a passion for childcare and seeing children grow & succeed. I used to be a teaching assistant in primary & secondary schools and worked as a exam Invigilator for many years. I have worked with children as young as 6months old twins to 10 years.
I have also volunteered for many years through a charity called Beanstalk (Coram Beanstalk) spending one & one time with children helping them with their reading skills.

I started off my childcare ... volunteering with a charity called 'Beanstalk' (Coram Beanstalk) going into different primary schools helping children one on one with their reading and helping them to develop their confidence.

Then in 2015 I started working with various agencies in London working as a teaching assistant and exam invigilator.

I then worked at 'Kumon' afterschool club helping children with english and maths.

From there I started I got my first nanny job which I thoroughly love and enjoy.

I am committed and dedicated to helping children to reach their full potential. I truly believe your child will flourish, succeed and that their confidence will grow with my help and expertise.
