About Astra
I grew up in a traditional Chinese art family. My grandfather is a calligraphy artist, and I began to learn calligraphy and seal carving when I was six years old. I love creating art deeply. I have thorough knowledge about the history and making methods of calligraphy, seal carving and ink painting. I want to share the charm of Chinese traditional art with anyone interested. Please feel free to tell me if you would like to learn.

I have eight years of experience teaching Chinese traditional art. My lessons cover the five classic ancient Chinese calligraphy scripts, fundamental techniques, and appreciation skills for traditional calligraphy, ink painting and seal carving. Each class lasts about one hour. I teach students of all ages, from primary school pupils and secondary school students to retired beginners with no prior experience. I tailor my teaching to suit learners at every level, starting from the basics for absolute newcomers.
