About Xiyue

Hi, I'm Yueyue — a CTCSOL-certified teacher with a Master's degree and years of teaching experience.

For Beginners
I believe the best way to learn a language is by using it. From the very beginning, you will learn practical Chinese and start using it in real conversation, rather than simply memorizing words and grammar.

For Intermediate & Advanced Learners
When you come across new words or expressions, I won’t simply give you direct meanings. Instead, I’ll guide you with context and examples, and help you expand your vocabulary and communicate more naturally.

For Kids & Teens
I design lessons based on their interests and personalities. Through engaging activities, meaningful interaction, and age-appropriate topics, I encourage students to speak more, participate actively, and enjoy learning Chinese.

Long-Term Progress
I bring previously learned vocabulary and structures back into our lessons, helping you review, reinforce, and truly retain what you've learned.
