About Alexandra
I have been learning Mandarin since the age of two. I took AP and college-level courses in high school, all the while providing free peer-tutoring as well as running my own tutoring business online through Lessons.com. I was born and raised in the melting pot of New York, and experienced a bilingual education, learning many of my elementary school subjects in primarily Chinese. I will give you homework and exercises that integrate Chinese into your daily life, because every student is different, and language learning is so much quicker with consistent use and practice. Learning a language is a time commitment, but there are was to make it easier. Together, we will hack your brain with unique exercises and lay down foundations of Chinese to make memorization so much easier. After getting a grasp on Chinese, you will find it much easier to learn any other language, as what makes Chinese so difficult is that it is one of only languages without an alphabet!
