My base approach is to jump right into hands-on cooking while learning about product knowledge and taking notes. I believe anyone can cook very well for themselves with the right motivation and environment. Whether you want to learn meal prep, fancy starters for your friends or just a nice home-cooked meal, I can teach you whatever you’d like to know.

I have known Oliver for most of my life, mainly because he is my brother. I have watched him hone his mad cooking skills and cultivate a career in just a few short years. His magnanimous personality coupled with his unmitigated passion for cooking makes him a force in the industry. He is a fantastic teacher, consultant and of course, chef!
Oliver is a clear communicator, and an expert chef. We’ve been cooking together since we were children, and while I consider myself skilled and accomplished, he constantly impressed me with his stellar technique and the endless swaths of insight he has on how I can improve my own edible adventures. I can’t think of a better person to teach you how to prepare remarkable food remarkably.
