About Micah
I have been breaking, tricking, and teaching acrobatic dance just over ten years. I love to teach and help students progress towards their own personal goals. As a teacher I want to be on a journey with my students in a practical and thoughtful way. Whether it’s personal growth, competition prep, or just wanting to stay healthy, I will be there every step of the way.

My lessons are focused on the goals of the student. I believe in teaching fundamentals of breaking, tricking and acro dance. I also make plans focused on each students needs. I have a big focus on technique of movements as well as the importance of taking care of the body.
