About Jahnavi
I have 4 years of experience working with college students, middle, elementary and high schoolers in various tutoring and mentoring roles. Experienced in helping peers develop beginner level music proficiency, providing feedback on strengths and weaknesses, and creating self-improvement plans to help with learning new techniques to help accomplish personal goals outside of music. 4 years of performance and music education to complement my teaching skill set. Self-trained and formally educated helping you learn a new skill with values of flexibility between both styles and a focus on nurturing creativity, and dedication to help you master your craft.

Lessons will include a teaching style that combines the nurturing of individual artistic expression in combination with a formal lessons approach. Lessons will focus on developing sight reading skills and performance technique in combination with ear training and a focus on learningsongs personal to the student. Lessons will focus on working collaboratively to help the student achieve their goals and build a strong foundation. Songwriting instruction available on request.
