About Allison
I started off singing musical theatre tunes before discovering my love for opera in middle school. I love to teach all genres of music, so whatever style you want to sing, I am here to support you with good technique! I have studied music extensively at Princeton University, in both choral and smaller ensemble settings, and I cannot wait to share my love for all things singing with you!

I truly believe that the best way to teach good vocal technique is through warmup exercises. That being said, a good portion of our time together will focus on proper breathing technique, vowel formation, and breath support for a clear sustained sound! I teach Alto and Mezzosoprano range voices, and am able to teach beginner to advanced levels (up to age 20).
