About Sonya
I've been teaching in one way or another my entire adult life. I believe that every person is of tremendous value and that we are capable of creating and thriving in times and seasons of change. There are simple tools for one's "tool belt" that, if used often, will help manage stress, life, change, general well-being, and flexibility. Yoga is a great tool, along with deep breathing and stretching.
