Hi! I’m a Master of Social Work graduate student with strong academic and clinical training in psychology, human behavior, and evidence-based practice. I’ve completed multiple field placements in clinical and healthcare settings, where I’ve worked closely with individuals navigating stress, trauma, and major life transitions. I am preparing for my Licensed Master Social Worker exam this summer.
As a tutor, I focus on helping students truly understand the material—not just memorize it. I specialize in psychology, social work, human development, and study skills, and I’m especially helpful for students who feel overwhelmed, anxious about school, or unsure how to organize their thoughts for exams or papers.
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and structured. I break down complex concepts into clear, manageable pieces and adapt sessions to each student’s learning style. I also offer writing support, including outlining, clarity, APA formatting, and editing for flow and organization.
Whether you’re preparing for an exam, writing a paper, or trying to build better study habits, I’d love to help you feel more confident and capable in your coursework.
