I have known Supriya for a few years now, and I’ve had the absolute pleasure of eating her food on many occasions while watching her perfect her recipes.

She is incredibly patient and structured, but what really sets her apart is how versatile she is. She is just as skilled with vegetarian cooking as she is with non-vegetarian dishes, and she has a knack for making complex, intimidating regional recipes feel totally doable. Her kitchen is a really warm, encouraging space, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to build up your confidence.

I’ve tried a lot of her cooking, and her Misal Pav is honestly as authentic as anything you'll find in Maharashtra. It has that perfectly spiced, deeply flavorful sprouted moth bean curry (usal), loaded with crisp farsan and served with soft, buttery pav. Her Bengali Chicken Kosha is also phenomenal, rich, slow-cooked, and packed with flavor, and she makes fantastic crisp Masala Dosas and a comforting, perfectly spiced Egg Roast.
I highly recommend Supriya because she doesn't just hand you a recipe to follow. She teaches you how to balance spices, understand ingredients, and actually trust your instincts. She breaks everything down into simple steps, so you'll end up with an amazing meal and the skills to cook it again on your own.
