Additionally as a head basketball coach I developed a team from one of the worst in the province to the top 20.

My approach to teaching and mentoring is based on a simple philosophy I start with "Why" versus "How".
Once you understand Why the How generally becomes much easier.
With a strong educational background combined with two decades of experience I always try to relate the problem to a real life scenario.
Aside from my experience mentoring employees I have over 6 years as a head basketball coach. You can say I love to teach and see people succeed.
