About Fiona
Hi there, I’m Fi — a career coach as well as a multidisciplinary designer and mediator passionate about transformation at the individual as well as the interactional levels. Ultimately I'm an advocate for the peace that's possible both internally and relationally. I’ve found myself in various creative and leadership-oriented roles throughout my career and have evolved professionally at startups, agencies and corporations of all sizes and configurations. Before branching off into designing my own ecosystem of projects, pursuits and income streams, I had the opportunity to build a 15-person design org at one of the fastest growing startups in Texas. Throughout my career I’ve been a manager, product designer, brand designer, creative director, researcher, recruiter, copywriter, coach, mentor, mediator and solopreneur. In every role, my favorite aspect of ‘work’ has always been building meaningful relationships that aim to expand what’s possible, both internally and externally. I’m passionate about empowering growth through the principles of the creative process, personal development and spiritual inquiry. Personally, I’m also very familiar with the non-linear nature of the career journey and what it means to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. I have proudly succeeded and ‘failed’ at several career pivots and business ventures, and consider myself a lifelong student and student of life. I have a certification in Mediation and Conflict Management from Harvard Law, as well as a BFA in Communications Design from Pratt Institute.

I offer a blend of career and life coaching, in which the intersection of what we do and who we are become the entry and anchor for your personal exploration. Together we will empower your growth through the principles of the creative process, personal development, conflict resolution and spiritual inquiry.
If you’re at a career crossroads, coaching can be a wonderful way to detangle your concerns and fears from the murmuring of your inner knowing. I bring an adaptive presence that will follow the current of your session’s unfolding, while also poking into your inner landscape intuitively with a gentle but firm curiosity. We will explore the nuances of your belief systems and various identities with precision and levity. More than career coaching, this is self-leadership mentorship. Prepare for many metaphors, provocative questions and giggles.
