About Sarah

I am a business and personal coach with a human resource management masters. I have worked in a retail context for 4 years, previous to this in education. Have 20 years of experience in understanding organisations, leadership and people. My degree is in psychology and have taught psychology and counselling for many years for Swansea University. Added to this I have 20 years experience as a professional counselling therapist.

About the lesson

My teaching method is very practical based. I believe that people learn by engaging fully in their learning experience. I do see myself as a facilitator as I am sure that people learn differently and it is about finding what works best for them. I am a constant researcher and love to find new ways to inspire my students and myself. Thinking outside the box!

I do have a cancellation policy. on booking, your slot will be accounted for and will be non refundable. I
have bills to pay too folks... when you cancel with 1 week notice, I have chance to fill your slot so in this instance you will not need to pay for the booked session. However, having said all of that learning online gives you so much more option to be able to attend your session.
