About Lorenzo
I'm Lorenzo, founder of an automation and AI consultancy working with B2B companies on go-to-market infrastructure. I build the outbound systems, CRM pipelines, and workflow automations that companies actually run their operations on, not tutorials or toy projects, so what I teach comes directly from production work.
I started teaching because clients and colleagues kept asking me to explain the same automation fundamentals, and I realised most people don't need a developer, they need someone to show them how the pieces fit together. Sessions are hands-on and built around your actual use case wherever possible.

I teach you to build automations that actually hold up in production, not just a demo that breaks the first time real data hits it. We work in Make, n8n, or Zapier depending on what fits your use case, connecting real tools over API, handling webhooks properly, and structuring workflows so they don't silently fail.
Typical topics: connecting CRMs, email tools, and databases together, conditional logic and error handling, API and webhook basics for non-developers, and when a no-code tool is the right call versus when you actually need custom code.
I run an automation and AI consultancy building infrastructure for B2B companies, including account-based outbound systems and AI-agent pipelines that run in production for real clients, not personal weekend projects.
Good fit for marketers, operations people, or small business owners who want to automate their own work instead of hiring someone every time something needs connecting.
Typical session length is 1.5 to 2 hours.
