About Rajnish
I have been teaching for last 2 years, I worked as Team lead , So I used to guide the juniors, Understood the problem where students face problem. I take classes on coaching centres also. There a number of students come for class. I have good response of student whoever study by me. All are doing well. Its all about how students take. How sincere students are. I am always honest with my work, I used to give my 100% , after that, its student who has to understand theirs responsibility.

Myself, Rajnish Kumar. I am a Senior Software Engineer, having 4 yrs of experience in Software Development. I have been teaching since last 2 yrs.
Being a Software Developer, I donot believe completely on theory. So, As soon as I start teaching, I start a project. whatever topic we complete, we implement that topic in that project. It helps to clear the student's doubt and we will remember the things for longer period of time.
I used to suggest our students, In coding, nothing is magic, its all coding, just understand how it works. Second thing, Do not assume, just verify it. This is basic things for debugging, And Debugging is a primary skill for becoming a Developer.
