About Anna
Coding requires grit. I started at Georgia Tech and refined my methods through 13 years of practice. Adults often come to me starting from zero, while teenagers aim for CS degrees.
I focus on project-based learning to build muscle memory. My technical stack centers on Java, version control via Git, and managing APIs and backend basics. Data structures form the bedrock of everything I build with students.
I keep a GitHub repo set up to track each student's progress so we can see the exact growth over time. I enjoy seeing students finally understand how large systems hold together.

Do you find programming concepts difficult to grasp in isolation? My approach uses 10 years of professional software work to break down technical hurdles.
I draw on my Computer Science degree from Georgia Tech and my time at App Academy. We build full applications instead of just looking at syntax. My sessions rely on Java and backend architecture to reinforce core logic. You will navigate version control and data structures through constant repetition.
I provide structure that mirrors actual industry standards for every learner. This method ensures you understand how professional codebases actually function. My background keeps the curriculum grounded in reality. I am always excited to see a student write their first successful production script.
