About Mandeep Singh

I'm Mandeep, an Auckland-based tutor with an MBA and a Master's and Bachelor's in Computer Science. Before tutoring I spent 15+ years as a software engineer and ran my own development studio with a team of seven, building real production systems — so I teach from real-world experience, not just textbooks. What students tell me they value most is patience: I break hard ideas into simple, logical steps and stay calm until it genuinely clicks. I work with NCEA, Cambridge and University Entrance students in Maths and Physics, and with teens and adults who want to learn coding and web development from scratch. First lesson is free so we can make sure I'm the right fit for you.

About the lesson

Learn to code from someone who built and shipped real software for 15+ years. I teach beginners and career-changers the practical web-development stack — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL (the LAMP stack) — plus the fundamentals of how real applications and databases actually work. Whether you want to build your first website, change careers, or pass a programming paper, I keep it hands-on and project-based so you're building something real from week one. Patient, step-by-step, no assumed knowledge. Online or in person.

PS: Available weekday evenings 6–8pm and Saturdays. Online or in person around Auckland. First lesson 30 min free.
