My teaching method is to have fun and to always learn more in order to be better. I believe that there is not one correct way in coaching everyone, but that everyone needs to be coached in different ways. I get to know my students and how they need to be taught, so that they can learn the best. (For example, some people need hands on instruction, others need visuals, some need a hard and strict coach, etc) As for my classes go, it will all depend on the skill levels that sign up. I can teach the basics of cheerleading such as motions and technique, and even go into teaching choreography or learning difficult skills.
I am College Graduate currently getting my masters in Kinesiology/Coaching. I cheered at Southern Arkansas University and was the Graduate Assistant Coach for a year.
