About Teddy
I was a collegiate cheerleader in college for two years, and have been practicing and teaching gymnastics for 7. I've coached hundreds of classes with ages ranging from 3 to 50+ in trampoline, tumbling, parkour and a number of circus arts.

My classes teach acrobatics in a progressive methodical style. Each skill is broken down in to small pieces so that it's easy to put together to form a complete skill. Lessons start with a joint prep warmup and finish with cool down stretches.
