About Justin

I am a chemical engineering student on the pre-med track with a strong academic background in mathematics and the sciences, along with hands-on research experience in biomedical and chemical engineering fields. I have conducted high-level research involving nanoparticles and diabetes-related studies, where I gained experience applying advanced scientific concepts to real-world problems. Through this work, I also had the opportunity to contribute to and publish a research paper focused on diabetes, which strengthened my analytical skills and deepened my understanding of scientific methods and data-driven problem solving.

Alongside my research experience, I have consistently excelled in math and science coursework, including calculus, chemistry, physics, and biology. These subjects form the foundation of my academic training and are areas I genuinely enjoy teaching. My goal as a tutor is to make challenging material approachable by breaking concepts down clearly and guiding students through problems step by step.

I am passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed academically. Whether working with students who feel behind or those aiming to excel, I focus on creating a supportive learning environment that encourages questions and steady improvement. By combining my technical background, research experience, and personalized teaching approach, I strive to help every student reach their full potential in math and science.

About the lesson

My approach as a tutor is centered on helping students truly understand concepts rather than memorizing steps. As a chemical engineering student on the pre-med track, I use structured problem-solving techniques and real-world examples to make math and science more intuitive.
