About Praphul

I graduated from the University of Virginia and so in my education math was a constant point. I really learned just how much I do not understand about the subject and take this as an opportunity to sharpen my skills to be a better economist. Math is all about deductive reasoning and so understanding this fact opens up a wide world of not just HOW to solve a problem, it's about how to ARGUE a point. These things work in tandem with each other and this mindset is what I think has helped me and what I hope to give to each student. I also just enjoy math for the most part.

I think for me math is something that you should be good at regardless of what you do. Even as an aspiring lawyer, I believe that a foundation in Calculus is paramount to unlocking higher disciplines and also math is far more fun when you understand what is going on. It's a lot more philosophy than computation and that is important no matter what field or passion you have. My lessons are all about finding the joy in math and also learning the various ways math is used in our everyday lives.
