About Kelsey

I have always enjoyed helping others learn and understand new concepts. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, a specialization in Microbiology, an Emergency Teaching Permit, and substitute teaching experience, I bring both academic knowledge and classroom experience to every lesson. I understand that every student learns differently, so I take the time to find approaches that work best for each individual. My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident asking questions, developing skills, and achieving success.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual learning style and academic goals. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a specialization in Microbiology from Delaware Valley University, an Emergency Teaching Permit, and substitute teaching experience, I understand how to make complex concepts easier to understand. I focus on building confidence, strengthening study habits, and helping students master material through clear explanations, guided practice, and real-world examples. I tutor middle school, high school, and college-level students in biology and related science subjects, creating a supportive environment where questions are encouraged and learning becomes enjoyable.
