About Jessica
I was someone who had to go to office hours in school. I asked the annoying and small questions. Chemistry came easy, but not everything about it did. The work was put in, I studied and I learned and in the end I graduated college and went on the be a chemist for some big name brands! Its not about how easy something comes, but the fact that you took the extra step to ensure you did learn it. Learning is more than memorization, its understanding.

Starting off with a practice tests, I use this to see where students are at. What they know about each subject and what needs work. Then we focus on their weaknesses while also allowing them to showcase their knowledge through specific assignments. This is all taken into consideration their courses and the path their instructor is taking in terms of topics being taught .
