Language learning is a gradual process that takes patience and effort, but in the end is a rewarding experience. After having taken Spanish classes in both high-school and college, I've encountered various methods of teaching, but over time have developed an extensive knowledge of the Spanish language. I have also traveled and volunteered abroad in multiple Spanish speaking countries.
Generally, pronunciation can be perfected with time but you start by simply using the language. It helps to begin with commonly used words, expressions, and vocabulary. Training yourself to think in that language is key, as if you are living it. And don't be afraid to seek out native speakers of the language, who might also be curious to learn the language you speak. By surrounding yourself with the language (in various forms), I'll teach you how to live it and breath it, so that you have the potential to use it in real life, and interact with others from various parts of the globe, which in the end, goes beyond the classroom walls.
