About Oliver
I have loved the game of soccer since I can remember, I’ve always had a natural passion that I cannot fully explain but I know is there. I played LW for most of my life so naturally my expertise is geared towards the attacking side, but everything still applies to midfield and defending positions as well. I can work with children all the way up to whatever is needed. I love coaching players situationally, being able to fully understand their nuances and I’ve seen consistent positive results along with verbal affirmation from previous players that I am helping.

Ideally I want to set my player up to be able to be a force defensively and offensively, that means knowing where passing lanes are & when they're open, how to read body language, line-breaking passes, etc. Practice the fundamentals just before the players start to burnt out, the brain can only take so much rigidity. Then, we move into instinctual work building their natural touch for the game/more exposure to the ball moving in different ways, then slowly putting both of those together in game-like situations (mimicking the same pressure, same decision-making speed, same intensity), and then finally applying everything they’ve practiced into actual games.
