About Lauren
I am currently a trail crew member working in the Arizona Conservation Corps. I just finished up serving a year in AmeriCorps NCCC, which is a service based program in which I served on an engine crew in Idaho. I personally have dealt with a lot of stress in my life concerning my future, whether it be in school or in service. I am passionate about learning, however, what helped me become the best student was honing in on key organizational skills and stress management techniques.

My teaching method is very interactive. I work to have open dialogue rather than a bland powerpoint presentation. Having a conversation is significantly more effective than having someone talk at you. Hands on experience is also key to my teaching approach. I work to integrate what you love to do and your organizational style in order to facilitate enjoyment of planning and stress relief.
