About Neil
In his full-time day job, Neil is an institutional research and planning analyst at University of Toronto, topmost ranked university in Canada working behind the scenes on admissions, enrolment and rankings. He is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Business, Seneca Polytechnic where he teaches courses like research methods, business Statistics, project management to business undergraduates. He has spent more than two decades in research, project management, data analytics spanning multiple countries including US and Canada. He has a double Masters in Business Administration and is a PhD (ABD) from University of Utah, and have earned certification in Project management and analytics tools like SAS. He has also undergraduate and Master's degrees from India majoring in Physics and Statistics.
He is also active outside of work and is a Board of Director at multiple non-profits in Canada. Among his other interests, he enjoys running marathons, swimming and hiking. Over the years, he has coached and mentored countless new immigrants on job search and assimilation to Canada. He also co-founded an admission counselling consultancy in India and successfully helped 100s of individuals gain admission to the best business schools across the world. His students have received acceptances to top tiers schools around the world including Stanford, UChicago, USC, BU, UofT, UBC and McGill.
