About Mahlon
I was a TA for middle school music classes for a year, in total about 60 students. I helped my students achieve a proficiency in music theory and music reading, but most of my work was centered around teaching vocals. I was also in a choir for twelve years, an assistant for an a capella group for three years, and an assistant conductor for a children's choir for a year. I have had five years of vocal lessons, two years of piano lessons, three years of flute lessons, two years of cello lessons, and several years of in depth music theory training.
