I am a 2nd year student at the University of South Florida pursing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology. I am a patient, caring, and fun person and if given the opportunity would make learning an enjoyable and rewarding experience! Currently, my science GPA is a 3.87 and cumulative GPA is a 3.89. In high school, I took AP Calculus, AP Chemistry, and Advanced Biology. All AP exam scores were a 3 or higher. I have excelled in Chemistry I and II, Organic Chemistry I, Biology I and II, Anatomy and Physiology I, Psychology, Genetics, and required FKL courses while at USF. I have lots of experience with lab reports and technical writing skills. As a student, I will be able to relay information in a simpler manner to those who are struggling and will help formulate awesome study skills needed for all subjects! I feel confident instructing lessons in each subject to all ages, especially middle school and high school.
My past experience includes helping elementary, middle school, and high school students in a variety of subjects. I participated in the after school tutoring program during high school and helped multiple students primarily in math and science classes. One student went from getting a D on an exam to a B+ after I helped him study. In addition, I gave lessons in Pre-Algebra to a 4th grade student who had a low C grade. Over the course of six months, this student achieved a high B grade.
