About Ross

I have worked as a tutor for nearly a year, and it was an experience I genuinely enjoyed. During that time, I worked alongside my father, which not only strengthened our relationship but also allowed me to observe and learn effective teaching strategies firsthand. Together, we taught children of different ages and academic levels, helping them improve in subjects such as math, reading, and language skills.

What I enjoyed most about tutoring was seeing measurable progress. Watching students gain confidence, improve their grades, and develop stronger study habits was extremely rewarding. I learned how to explain complex concepts in simpler terms, adjust my teaching style depending on the student’s learning pace, and remain patient even when topics required repetition.

About the lesson

I am a fun, energetic and passionate person when teaching. I like using fun ways to make learning fun! I am organized and really make sure that the students really understand the material that I’m teaching. I also have worked with kids with disabilities and I’m able to help them feel calm and excited to learn.
