About Shadae

My name is Shadae, and I’m originally from Atlanta, though I’ve lived and studied abroad in Italy for five years. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I also speak conversational Italian. Because of my international experience, I understand how powerful language can be in opening doors and creating opportunities. I’m patient, positive, and love creating lessons that are both practical and fun. I want my students to feel comfortable making mistakes, excited to learn, and confident in their progress. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, writing, traveling, and exploring creative projects. I bring this same curiosity and energy into my lessons, so every student feels inspired to grow in their Spanish journey.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m Shadae, and I’m a bilingual film graduate who spent the last five years studying and living abroad in Rome. During that time, I not only perfected my Spanish but also gained real experience helping others learn languages. Because I know what it’s like to be on both sides, as the student and the teacher. I design my Spanish lessons to be clear, approachable, and motivating. My classes are meant to feel like a conversation, not a lecture.
We’ll focus on real-life Spanish that you can actually use, whether you want to travel, connect with Spanish speaking friends or family, prepare for school, or boost your career.
Of course, I also cover grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, but always in a way that feels natural and connected to real situations. I work with students of all levels, from beginners just starting out to more advanced learners who want to improve their fluency and confidence. No matter your goals, I’ll adapt each lesson to your needs so you always feel supported and encouraged. For me, learning a language is about more than memorizing words it’s about confidence, culture, and connection. That’s the energy I bring into every lesson.
